Not only has French cheesemaking inspired and informed the majority of small American cheesemakers, but French cheesemakers have literally taught many of the American greats. It’s only right that we assemble a little collection of French-inspired, American-made foods for all of you Francophiles! Cultured butter, thinly sliced Parisian-style ham, and three different Franco-friendly fromages make for a transportive French feast!
