Sequatchie Cove Creamery feels a bit like a secret weapon for us. They are reasonably well known within the American cheese industry but are certainly not a household name- even among real cheeseheads. Nathan and Padgett along with their tight-knit team are making, pound-for-pound, the best cheeses in the country. Seriously. It’s a rare occurrence for an entire cheesemaker’s line to be unrivaled, but that just-so-happens to be the case for Sequatchie… which is why we carry everything they make!

This collection of Sequatchie’s exceptional cow’s milk cheeses includes one eight ounce Walden, a half pound wedge each of Coppinger, Cumberland, and Shakerag Blue, plus an 8oz jam, and, of course, our house made crackers.
